What we keep, and why.

The waitlist form

If you join the waitlist we keep what you type: your email address, the platforms you list (optional), the name of this site and the time you sent it. That is the whole record.

We use it to contact you about TermsBot access, in waitlist order, and to put the platforms you named into the index. Nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, or add it to any other list.

Where it lives

The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this site. Submissions sit in Netlify's form store and a copy is emailed to us. Netlify's own handling is described in its privacy notice.

We keep a submission until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist closes and everyone on it has been contacted.

What this site does not do

No cookies. No analytics. No advertising or tracking scripts. No third-party fonts or embeds. The page makes no request to any server other than this site's own host, and the form has a hidden honeypot field in place of a CAPTCHA.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@termsbot.lol from the address you joined with and we will do it within a few days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

When the product ships, this page will change to cover the service itself. The date at the top moves when it does.
